For my news story, Mary, Sadie, Jackson, and I made a video about how so many people at BBA have a December 12th birthday. I have uploaded a screenshot from Sadie's editing, the storyboard Mary created, and a couple behind the scenes shots while we were filming Mary do the 'news' part of the video. During some parts of filming, I helped write the script, and sometimes I filmed. This time went a lot smoother then all the other interviews I've done. Now I know what equipment we need, how to set up the lights and camera tripods, and how to put in the SD card and battery.

This was my first time acting on camera. During my first couple interviews I remember watching them and hating how I sounded and looked on camera, so this time I tried to do certain things differently, like not speak monotone and not move and look around. When I was younger I always loved acting in my school plays, but I haven't really done anything like that since seventh grade. The first couple takes I was escapecaially nervous. I didn't have a script, so I was just listening to Mary and trying to make my answers funny. Once we were into the interview I kind of got used to it and I think I did better in the end then the beginning. I hope I get more opportunities to be on camera this semester.
